Intern Menswear Design

Vivienne Westwood Menswear Design department is seeking a highly motivated intern to work on our design team starting immediately.

Design intern will assist the design team in creating show collections and special projects.

Requirement:

  • Basic skills, pattern making, draping, sketching.
  • Basic knowledge of textile
  • Commit to at least 2-3 days a week or full-time
  • Passion for fashion
  • Willing to learn
  • manipulating fabric
  • using computer programs including excel, photoshop, illustrator to develop various ideas
  • organizing and general upkeep of studio
  • identification of fabric types
  • technical flats by hand
  • attentiveness, reliability, attention to detail, ability to closely follow instruction and to work independently, time management, organization
